Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing All orders are packed and dispatched directly from our base in Vilnius, Lithuania. Because we hold local inventory, your order will be processed and handed over to our carriers within 1 to 2 business days.

2. Estimated Shipping Times Shipping via parcel lockers within the Baltic region is fast and reliable. Once dispatched, expected transit times are:

  • Lithuania: 1 - 2 business days

  • Latvia: 2 - 5 business days

  • Estonia: 2 - 5 business days

Total expected delivery time is typically 2 to 7 business days from the moment you place your order.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Method To provide you with the most efficient service, we fulfill all orders via the regional parcel locker network (Unisend and Smartpost).

Shipping rates are calculated dynamically based on your exact location. The final shipping cost will always be clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your payment. No surprises.

4. Customs & Import Taxes All Baltic Mercosur products are shipped from within the European Union (Lithuania). There are absolutely no additional customs duties, tariffs, or import taxes for deliveries to Lithuania, Latvia, or Estonia. The final price you see at checkout is all you pay.

5. Order Tracking As soon as your order is handed over to our regional carriers (Unisend or Smartpost), you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to activate in the carrier's system.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages If your tracking link hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, or if your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us immediately at info@balticmercosur.com. We will work swiftly with our carrier partners to resolve the issue and ensure you get your order.
