Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return & Refund Policy. Health Disclaimer: Baltic Mercosur sells yerba mate, a naturally highly caffeinated beverage. Any marketing language (such as "High-Performance Tech Fuel") is for descriptive and promotional purposes only. We do not provide medical advice, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please consult with a healthcare professional if you are sensitive to caffeine or have underlying health conditions. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

 

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Baltic Mercosur reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Because we process and dispatch orders rapidly from our local inventory in Vilnius to ensure fast regional delivery, cancellations or modifications may not be possible once an order has been packed or handed over to our carriers. You may only return or exchange your purchase in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY We are not responsible for any shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We shall not be liable for delays caused by the carrier (e.g., Unisend, Smartpost), customs clearance, or events beyond our control. Once we transfer the products to the carrier or deposit them into a parcel locker, the title and risk of loss transfer to you.

SECTION 7 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY & MONTONIO Baltic Mercosur is powered by Shopify, which provides our e-commerce platform, and utilizes Montonio for payment processing and shipping integration. However, any sale or purchase made on our store is directly between you and Baltic Mercosur. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify and Montonio are not responsible for any aspect of the sales between you and Baltic Mercosur. You expressly release Shopify, Montonio, and their affiliates from any claims, damages, and liability arising out of or related to your transaction with Baltic Mercosur.
